A: As of the moment, we only ship to the United States. We offer free shipping on all US orders over $50, and a flat-rate of $4 on orders below $50.
Q: HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
A: Please allow up to 1-5 days for your order to be processed and another 2 days for your order to be shipped out. Our fulfillment centers are located around the world. Please allow up to 7-20 days to receive your product. In the rare case of issues encountered during shipping, it may take up to 25 days.
Q: HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 1-5 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification through email with your tracking number. Then simply go on our page for tracking orders here. If you did not receive any updates on your order, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.

A: Our prices are significantly lower than our competitors since we have relationships with our suppliers to ship direct to the customer! The downside of this is slightly longer shipping times, though we work our hardest to get your order shipped as fast as possible.
